 Yesterday, at Goodtimes, we took a break in our card game for Faith and Michael to make the brownies. Noah and I were standing at the end of the kitchen table, talking, when he just put his arm around me for a hug. 

 Kennedy came and I got some hugs. 

 Faith said Daniel had wanted to skip Goodtimes to go out in the boat with his girlfriend to celebrate their 6 month anniversary, and she had stressed to him the importance of going to see his grandparents. 

 Got to see Kim and John when they brought Noah. As they were leaving John said, "So you told all those kids that you had a car full of stuff and no one is helping you?" And then he called Noah and they got the groceries in while Kim kept Holly from escaping.

 Skyler had planned to come but she got a bad sunburn on Saturday. She was here on Saturday with four of her friends so they could swim, so we did get to see her. 

 I got a text from Angela this morning.

 Amber put an article about manatees on my timeline.

 Chelsea came by with James and Jaden. Faith got to snuggle James and played with Jaden in the pool. 

 Jaden gave me kisses and smiles at me a lot. Last week, he'd been intrigued with the door locks, so I'd named the numbers as I held his finger and touched the keys. Chelsea was standing by the kitchen calendar holding him, and he said, "one, two..." 

 Faith, Michael, Noah and I played cards for a while and Daniel and Tyler "just walked around the yard," for a bit, and they hung out around and in the pool some. We have some pictures and video of them. They were trying to duplicate something we've seen online people throwing a ball to each other and then jumping in the pool. They didn't quite get it but they laughed a lot as they tried.

 Beverly and I had a nice phone visit. 

 Faith said she had some good news about Firehouse. She is in a transition phase of working at the Tillman's Corner store, and is being considered as a key holder.

March 27, 2019 I have delivered our Wyatt personal tax paperwork to Taylor's office.  Walked with Bertice.  Did a little writing that I found fulfilling. Got a text from Kennedy --- she said she has some good news. Heard from Morgan. She is going to be off on Fridays from now on and is going to come volunteer with me on Friday.  Noah's team won yesterday.  Evan and Chelsea and Jaden and James came over last night. James gave big smiles and is holding his head up strongly. Jaden just enjoyed running around in the back yard, throwing the ball. He loves jumping down from the fireplace and looking at each one of us to make sure that we are each clapping. At one point, he came and got each one of us by the hand and took us back to the family room so that we could play the game again.  Evan starts as Assistant Manager next week.

June 27, 2019 Amber sent me a text to let me know she received her birthday cards. She said, "Thank you so much for my bday cards. It made my day getting them, especially the one from second Sunday. I have been homesick since I can't be home for my birthday. I love you, Grannie!"  Heard from Andrew and Skyler and Tori and Kennedy. Tori and Josh were getting ready to play an online game with Josh's brother. Kennedy said they had a little hiccup in their presentation, but that they got through it.

July 8, 2019 Morgan's post on Facebook How is our tiny perfect human 9 months old already? 19.8 lbs of thick thighs n big blue eyes. Davis is so much more than we ever could’ve dreamed up. He’s spunky and hilarious, feisty and persistent. He amazes me every single day. This month he slept through the night for the first time  🙌🏽 We’re up to 6 teeth and the cutest toothy smile ever. Baby shark do do do do do do. He’s standing up on his own and I swear will be taking off walking soon. He loves pushing his truck around and walking behind it. This wild child is into every thing and could sit in his swing under the house for hours if I’d let him. He started swim lessons and is learning how to float like a big boy on his back. He said his first words, bye bye bye bye bye, and brought big ol elephant tears into this mamas eyes.
